Customers who wish to reschedule their trip must notify the company no less than three months prior to the scheduled start date of the trip.
For any cancellation, the company must be informed at least 45 days before the trip’s start date. In such cases, the company will deduct applicable GST along with a service charge, which may range from 10% to 15% of the total package cost.
No refunds will be provided for trips booked under promotional or offer packages.
The company reserves the right to cancel any packages if it determines that the customer has acted in a manner that negatively impacts the company’s operations or reputation.
The total amount for the package must be paid in full at the time of booking. The company will assess the booking details and may adjust the amount, if deemed necessary, based on availability or other factors during the time of booking.
Only special packages will include specific details regarding airlines and accommodations, which will be clearly mentioned in the package description. For all other packages, flight and accommodation options are subject to change and may vary from those listed.
